underwhelming stay despite good location

black mold chipped wallpaper

the location was good. it was within walking distance of main attractions.

the room was not great. the bathroom had quite a bit of black mold. also, the wallpaper was a little chipped, it seemed a bit dated.

a balanced stay overall

the staff were unbelievably helpful. they offered suggestions. they called cars for us to the airport. the service with luggage was convenient. they stored a couple bags for me. i returned to find them in my new room.

i found the building modern, still the rooms didn't meet a four-star hotel standard. the price didn't match what i expected. there was no double bed. instead, there were two single beds pushed together with a shared double sheet. it felt a bit awkward.

prompt taxi comfortable seating fresh pastries

the reception staff offered very nice support throughout my stay! they arranged taxi services promptly. the garden area presented a beautiful space for relaxation, complete with comfortable seating. the included breakfast featured fresh pastries and a good selection of cheeses.

the elevator was a bit slow at times.
